A TEENAGER accused of tagging a Warners Bay service station will negotiate with police before entering a plea to damaging property.

Jake Garry Mark Andrews, 18, is accused of defacing the Caltex service station in King Street.

He was arrested after police received reports of a group of young people tagging Warners Bay businesses at 10pm on October 11.

David Anderson, 19, pleaded guilty last month to tagging several businesses and will be sentenced in February after performing volunteer work.

Andrews, of Saffron Avenue, Cardiff South, had his case adjourned in Belmont Local Court yesterday to February 12.
