A TEENAGER charged in relation to an alleged pack rape at Phillip Island last month has had his bail conditions varied to allow him to train for and play football.The 17-year-old youth, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, appeared in a Children's Court yesterday supported by his parents.The teenager faces six charges, including three of rape and two of indecent assault.An order was made for a DNA swab to be taken from the youth's mouth and the prosecutor said the defendant's clothing was seized at Cowes on Phillip Island.The boy's two co-accused, both aged 18, are to appear in the Melbourne Magistrates Court in February.
